| Brief Description: | Popular writer-actor Stanislaw Tym returns to the screen as Ryszard Ochodzki, the role that made him famous in the hit comedy THE BEAR. When Colonel Molibden of the secret service asks Ryszard to infiltrate Solidarity, a series of misadventures inadvertently turns him into a hero for the legendary union movement. An angry Molibden, played by prominent Polish actor Krzysztof Kowalewski, decides to destroy Ryszard before his own career is ruined. Dressed in drag, poor Ryszard makes a run for it to Sweden. Set in Poland during martial law in 1981, this amusing satire effectively mocks both sides of the political conflict. |
