Brief Description: The Penpower Handwriter TAB403 uses Chinese handwriting recognition technology to let you input Chinese directly into your computer. Equipped with Chinese handwriting 4x3 tablet and a 512-level cordless pressure-sensitive pen (CPSP), the TAB403 acts just like a mouse to let you control your computer at will.
