Two young entrepreneurs from Hong Kong (Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao) bring Chinese food to the citizens of Barcelona with the aid of their uniquely customized van. They become involved with a young pickpocket who turns out to be the missing heiress sought by their clumsy private detective pal (Samo Hung).
