"Uzbek Textbook" contains two volumes. Volume 1 contains a total of 28 lessons and presents the essentials of the Uzbek language as clearly and simply as possible. Volume 1 provides beginning students with the basic tools for building a solid foundation in the Uzbek language? The appendix contains and Uzbek-English gloassary?

Volume 1 is planned as a one-year curriculum. Each language lesson should be regarded as a chapter, or unit, to be divided by the instructor as appropriate. Volume 2 follows a similar format and builds upon the information in Volume 1 to increase students' speaking and reading skills.
