Grand Master Kyong Myong Lee, the author of this book, possesses the license of Qualification for Coaching issued by an Austrian authority. He has served as a Deputy Secretary General of the World Taekwondo Federation (1991-1999) and is also a professor in the Department of Sports Diplomacy at Chungcheong College.
