After doing time in an Italian prison, Jake Turner (Fred Williamson) is free. That night he sees his beloved wife once again but the next day she is brutally murdered. In an orgy of violent revenge he begins killing off the drug suppliers who first hooked his wife on drugs and then killed her. He then meets a strange rich man who encourages him to seek revenge but ultimately betrays him.
