Vicky (Sanjay Dutt) is a business tycoon with many multi national companies under him while Prem (salman Khan) is a happy go lucky guy interested in stage dramas. Vicky and his grandmother (Sushma Seth) support Prem but father Balraj (Dilip Tahil) is against the Idea. Sapna stays with her uncle (Shakti Kapoor) and aunt (Himani Shipuri) looking for a job. She goes to Vicky's company but rejected because of no work experience. But seeing her innocence Balraj empoys her.
