| Brief Description: | Cesar Montano (Muro-ami) wrote, directed, and stars in this Filipino action drama as Bullet, a highly trained marksman with the mind and temperament of a child. Bullet's special talent is put dangerously to the test when he and his young cousin witness a brutal murder by a notorious gang. Out to eliminate any eyewitnesses, the gang goes after the two cousins.
