| Brief Description: | Learn to Speak Danish was developed in Copenhagen by Aage Salling. It is an introductory course designed specifically to teach the spoken language. You will learn a vocabulary of 1,100 words carefully selected from the most commonly used Danish words.
The dialogs that are a feature of each lesson have been planned to reflect various aspects of everyday life in Denmark. Although grammar instruction is minimized, a concise grammar section is included at the end of the text. There is also a complete vocabulary list in English, German, and Spanish. Inasmuch as Danish is the only language used on the recordings and in the text, we have provided a Learner's Guide for the convenience of English speakers. This guide provides translations for the Danish words introduced in each lesson. |
