Adobe PageMaker 6.5 has enhanced its On-Line publishing function through Acrobat PDF file compatibility. Adobe PageMaker supports Acrobat so you can easily convert your document to PDF format. Your document including tables and indexes will be converted into PDF format and you can directly control detailed configuration for Acrobat from Adobe PageMaker. You can save your PageMaker documents to HTML format without losing your layout and your graphics will be converted to either JPEG or GIF format automatically. Newly added Hyper Link Palette has an ability to make/manage hyper link, and URL for www and the added hyper link will be inherited within HTML and PDF as well. You can import HTML contents including hyper links made by drag-and-drop from Web browser into your PageMaker document. Newly added QuickTime Import filter imports frames selected in Quick Time Movie into Adobe PageMaker, so you can make a link for movies within PDF and HTML automatically. As a cornerstone of the Adobe family of professional graphics software, PageMaker works beautifully with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe fonts software. The newly redesigned interface makes PageMaker look and feel even more like other Adobe software. PageMaker also sets the standard for Macintosh for smooth integration with products from other software developers and hardware manufacturers.
