| Brief Description: | Jackie Chan is a New York cop celebrating his 10th anniversary as an
American citizen. The sleazy South Bronx bar where he is sharing an
after-shift drink with his partner is raided by a gang of hoodlums. A
shoot-out ensues and Jackie's partner is killed. Jackie goes after the
gang leader and, in the process, destroys millions of dollars of
public property. Now in disgrace, Jackie gets a new partner (Danny
Aiello) and a new beat. But where Jackie goes, trouble follows, and
the kidnapping of a fashion designer leads Jackie and Danny to Hong
