  In the User's Guide that we supply together with all dictionaries, you can find the detailed information on batteries or power adapters. Depending on the model, CR-2032 or AAA batteries are supplied with the dictionary.

• How long do the batteries serve?
  It depends on how often you use your dictionary. The new batteries can serve up to 6 months if you do not use the speech function. The batteries supplied with the dictionary are factory-tested.

• What are warranty terms?
  There is one-year warranty. We can repair or replace your dictionary free of charge, if it was not physically damaged.

• What earphones can I use with my dictionary?
  You may use standard earphones or order them from the Customer Service Department.

• What power adapter can I use with my dictionary?
  The 150mA (or more) non-stabilized power adapter matches all models. You can find the required voltage and polarity on the back of each dictionary. When buying the power adapter, please check that it has proper type of connectors and polarity. You can order the adapter from our head-office.
